This story talks about how Snapchat has gone int consideration for waht would be in their Discover section of the app as this section has reportedly included sexualised photos of women that has put concerns on users. This would especially be because of the fact that the app allows those that are aged under 18 with the youngest age of 13 being a main concern i terms of exposure to this content. This would be because of the lack restriction in the Discover section.
in my opinion, i think that this would be quite harmful for Snapchat since this controversy would highlight the dangers of having young viewers concerned. If a restricted filter was implemented into Snapchat, then this would mean that the younger audience that would use Snapchat won't have any negative impact upon use.
